Employer is trying to force me (disabled using a walker and immunocompromised) to return to work at the office after WFH efficiently (covering 2 roles!) For 2 years. I actually can't even do my job from the office. Office isn't ADA compliant and my walker doesn't fit. Some employees aren't vaxxed and mask mandates are being removed. I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. I currently have the adjustable stand desk and a relatively comfortable office chair (not when reclining) but the other half of my office is empty.
