I’d like to move to IB, currently working in Management consulting (Boutique firm in Europe / Porsche consulting). 1 YOE, Engineering background with a master in management and finance, does the profile match better with a boutique bank to later try to apply to a larger one or should aim at the largest banks first and keep boutique firms as back-up? Any advice on the career switching?

I have been working with a company for about 6 years as a Recruiter but I don’t feel I’m gaining the best recruiting experience due to so many limitations our company has. I’ve had to teach myself Boolean searching to be more active in recruiting. I am part of an analyst development program in a F100 company. No special roles or training, just fill empty roles and rotate you each year. My dilema is this program is 3 years long and at the end you get promoted to senior analyst. I have no peers around me bc they are all at different locations. I feel like I am getting behind because I’m so siloed and have no room to advance. My peers outside this program are already promoted. I have a masters and CPA. Should I leave?

So my wifes case is now stuck between NVC (documentarily qualified since set 2021) and US Embassy in Peru. It seems that they are still dealing with cases of beginning of 2020. Is it possible to do a lawsuit to NVC? We have been doing this process since Feb 2020. Im a LPR.
