I’d like to move to IB, currently working in Management consulting (Boutique firm in Europe / Porsche consulting). 1 YOE, Engineering background with a master in management and finance, does the profile match better with a boutique bank to later try to apply to a larger one or should aim at the largest banks first and keep boutique firms as back-up? Any advice on the career switching?

I’ve been at my work for 5 months as an HR assistant and have been given the opportunity to take on the Executive Assistant role. I’m getting my computer science degree, so I would like to do something more technical in the workplace when I graduate. How do I advocate myself for that to my manager without sounding unappreciative of the position I’m in?

I feel bad because I love my teams and they are the best mentors but this field is just not for me. Should I stick it through 4 projects I know the need me on for another busy season or leave.

In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?
