How much are EY experienced hire sign bonus?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Nope, don't ask, that's not how it works. You're coming in at the same rate as everyone else and they're not gonna give one associate a raise just cuz they asked.

Don't suggest asking at this time. Many employers are having the start date delayed or offers rescinded due to the trash economy. Take it and run.
Firms will sometimes do salary adjustments for new hires depending on market changes between the time of offer and start date. It’s not guaranteed but it happens.
Don’t ask. Firm will adjust everyone’s rate if they believe the market had shifted since that date. The market for talent has softened, I would be inclined to say if you ask you’d be marking yourself as someone they view as a flight risk and would have you higher on the list for workforce reduction since they view you as potentially leaving for pay anyway. Just a thought.
Not. Right. Now. lol this isn’t 2021.
Maybe a few years ago but I would not ask now. Things are tight out here at the moment.
If you pre-order something last year, would you agree to pay more now just because they ask?
The entire point of signing the offer a year in advance is securing the job and the employer gets to fix the salary.
Don’t.
