common staff one mistakes?
Advice needed - boyfriend has almost 3.5 years of finance experience at a bank. Interviewed for PwC valuation senior associate and now recruiter says they want to hire him at “experienced associate” because he has no valuation experience. Is this too big of a step backwards in career? Should he push back and see if it gets him anywhere? If he does accept Associate, is it reasonable to ask for written, definitive timeline (1 year?) for promo to Senior upon meeting standards? Help!

Check the rules for your states. When I was looking at it years ago the reciprocal license was only valid if I kept up the initial license. I therefore applied for the second state outright, ie not reciprocal
How different are they? I keep both mine. Similar requirements and a little peace of mind in case I mess one up

I’m pretty sure you need to keep your original license active. Check the requirements of the state you are getting the reciprocal license in. Even if you don’t need to maintain the original license, think long and hard before giving it up because you may need it in the future.
I think it depends on the states involved. I have to keep my original active
You have to keep original i believe for all states. You could drop a reciprocal license if you move again.
