If I get released from a client while I am pregnant, and if I couldn't get allocated to other client within 2 months because of non availability of roles or failed interview etc, will the company lay me off or will I get consideration due to my pregnancy status as per the maternity laws? And will they impose the bench policy of 2 months only after I come back from maternity leave?
