Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Why not? There’s some good work in pharma
Where?
Of course babe, can’t wait for you to come back to us after your amazing experience in pharma 😍
😬
Heard the answer was no
Chile they Google everything & if you remove you look more shady -like why you hiding past 2+years?
There was a thread earlier today or maybe yesterday around a similar question. Many people advised to keep building spec work even if you're in pharma, to keep your ideas and prospects fresh.
i think there’s something here. I went to a pharma place for almost a year, then found something else. in consumer. i think that spec + side projects can help.

The pay is better. The work is more stable. The products can make a big difference for people. Why would you want to go back?
SD1 right lol. I personally think finding the correct audience and medium is way more important than the creative.
Pretty much a one way street

You can w/in reason. #Pancession
As someone from an agency that lives and breathes pharma... we don’t want you. We want people who strive to make a difference in patients’ lives. Stay at your ‘normal’ job
...Really? Enjoy your money but damn that’s some bs
Yes I have done it
Lol yes..... at least for analytics. Same concept just some more rules. People make this too much of a thing imo. End of the day everyone is trying to make money
Rising Star
Only if you replace the candy bowl withs drugs. 🤪
No one will ask why about 2020-2021
Probably not
Don’t do it...
I really don’t get all the pharma hate. Is it a way for people to feel better about themselves? As if “normal” agencies were all doing groundbreaking work
I’ve been in both. Pharma was miserable. It was great money but creatively the amount of restrictions was horrifying. I also go to hear managers in meetings say joyous things like “I want people to get cancer. I want that money I want to go on vacation!” So uh yeah that’s what’s up with the hate.
What's a 'normal' agency these days?
