If I got an offer from Big 4 and my gpa drops to under the required amount (3.5) will they still hire me when they ask for my transcript?

Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?

I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. For example, I can take let's say a 601A client and use the resources available to me to learn how to do it. But if a client asks me is it better to marry my fiance in her home country, bring her here on a K-1 or have her visit on a B-2, that's not learned from a book or webinar. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

Bad idea to reneg on an internship offer for a better offer?

I received an offer from a company I met at a career fair. The salary was less than my other two offers but the location was where I wanted to be. Tried to negotiate, & they said they couldn’t negotiate higher. So I declined. I reached back out to the recruiter I met at the career fair and she said “ I thought an offer was made to you?” Told her I was interested in exploring other options. No response. Sent a follow up email w/no response. Is she ignoring me on purpose? I really like the company
