Nope. You need to meet/exceed the job requirements, seed your resume with the keywords in the job description, and the caliber of your resume context needs to be high enough land you in the top % of resumes that actually make it into the candidate shortlist. Ai. tools will help you get part of the way there but the rest of it is on you.

Honestly, you'd think so! But sadly, the AI parsing game still feels like a gamble. I’ve had roles where I matched every keyword and still heard nothing. I do think tailoring helps—but I’m starting to believe timing and luck matter more than we’d like to admit.

Not automatically. Matching keywords helps you get noticed by ATS, but a callback still depends on clarity, impact, and how your experience actually reads. AI can help, but it can’t replace a strong story.
