I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?
Nagarro

MA1, I am not sure you’re answering the question for OP. @OP, usually just one factor such as GPA does not affect your application overall, unless you were told you were rejected for low GPA (which I doubt). Good scores however do help your application overall and I am hoping you go to one of those top Bschools that should make getting into the door relatively easy
I was told “academics”. No MBA and underwhelming undergrad was mentioned (not in those words). Hoping to dodge B School if possible for now (expense and 2 years off work, thinking exec MBA down the road). I have 4 years in transaction services and 1 year in M&A pre deal strategy role. Trying to see if a referral from a higher up, another year experience and a high GMAT can get me over the hump and in for an interview if I apply again in 11 mos.
Why do you want to join BCG? There are many great company’s out there that would probably enjoy having you and which you would actually enjoy working for. Work experience is greater than a high score on a standardized test.
Currently in an M&A role and want to get some true strategy experience. BCG for 2 reasons, exit ops and true strategy experience to see if I enjoy that type of work
