DD1, u r correct. But DC seems to value their SC title higher. So if you are Consultant level, you should have at least 4 years experience. I can see them taking you as SC when you hit the 1 year mark at Consultant.
Also depends on the recruiter, some try to shaft you.
Advisory - definitely. SC at Deloitte Consulting maybe. You'd have to be at the Consultant level with at least 5-7 years work experience from what I've heard. I'd apply and see what happens

If I recall correctly C at ACN is equivalent to SC at D. Its possible, depends on what kind of tech work you do
