Need advice on buying my first home. I recently moved to Canada and like living in downtown city vibes. SO and I are moving from a 1BD into a 2BD for more space. If we plan to have kids - what were some important criteria / nice to have that you looked for in a place? Our 1BD is close to 800 sq ft in Manhattan.
