If one team has 2 people and one is LM (avp), and 2nd one is ba4 , quality of work is same, in that case what is the probability for ba4 to get promoted to same level as his LM that is avp.

I have feeling that they will not promote me as there is no requirement for another avp in team, how should i tackle this situation ?

Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension.
