Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

I’d recommend my firm, obviously. I’ve enjoyed it so far for the work and speed of advancement.
But I’ve also known a few friends who have done equally well at ATK.
Does LEK have a strong Financial Services presence?
All great choices - I would decide between them based on personal factors like fit and work type. Deloitte is great but all else equal it's easier to work for a consulting firm than primarily an accounting firm, just a bit less friction in doing stuff, so that'd be the first I'd snip from the list. AFAIK LEK doesn't travel as much as others and long hours in an office get to me more than long hours traveling, so that'd be next. ATK has a few specific groups that do work I personally find really interesting so I'd go with them.
Totally agree but one quick point, D is not like the rest of the big 4 in terms of how much direction is decided by the accountants. Deloitte Consulting LLP is almost as big revenue wise as Deloitte & Touche LLP (Audit, Tax, and Advisory). Just thought this was really surprising when I made the move from P to D.
LEK would be my choice. I want to do strategy and would prefer to not travel.
ATK - don't want to do operations/procurement.
Deloitte - don't want to work at an accounting firm and don't want to say I work at Deloitte.
OW - don't want to do financial services.
