If there is someone in your group/organization who always seems to be stressed, why are they stressed? Is their level of stress reasonable?

I've worked with people who always talked a lot about how they were stressed. I wouldn't know if their level of stress was reasonable, but they made it their trademark. To be honest, hearing them talk about their stress was stressful to me.

Yes. It’s the amount of responsibility that drives your stress.

The people that are stressed are the ones who take responsibility and ownership of their tasks. When things don't get done or done well, they feel responsible, and their stress level goes up.

Some people just get over stressed by small things and it honestly gets annoying always having to bring them back down.

Definitely

Best Andersonville restaurants? Veg friendly appreciated

New Jersey partnership question.

Partnerships need to use market sourcing for purposes of calculating NR withholding tax (though NJ doesn't even call this withholding anymore).

However, for purposes of calculating the NJ distributive share of income, you apply Gross Income Tax (personal income tax) rules, which is 3 factor and includes COP.

If I end up with 0% apportionment under GIT and 10% apportionment under CBT (withholding tax), the partnership pays tax upfront but NRs get 100% refund?

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
