^^ Better Tech offerings. EY is an audit firm at heart. I for one expense lunch all the time, I just put it through as breakfast. My thought is breakfast is the first meal of the day. What does the time of day have to do with it? But anyway...

Trying to do a countif function and the search criteria is “<50%” like the actual text, but it does not seem to work? I am doing the same function for “50-60%” and it worked but I think the “<“ in the search criteria is throwing things off. Any suggestions?
