I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?

I have 5 YOE in Account Management, 2+ of which are in heavy digital working with Dev, Digital PMs, and client tech/implementation teams.

I also have had some direct experience in PM and will be building those specific skills in my new role.

Do you ever regret your career choice? I’m beginning to realize I may not have wanted to be a mechanical engineer after all. What other career options are there for me with my current degree?

I’m getting back into the design game after taking a break. I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different. But I miss doing graphic design and creative work. Any advice with getting back into the field after being out of the game for 6 months?

Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I am an Abinitio developer having 7 YOE working in pune.
Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
I am ready to learn new tech,but totally blank on which way to go.I dont want to start the career from the scratch with much lesser package.

Hi, I am currently in product company with 15LPA for 8 yoe. Have started with service based but then switched to product and have switched to only 3 companies till now. Due to my family relocation to Ahmedabad, I want to look for options in TCS ahemdabad. Is anyone from TCS ahemdabad and can share about the type of projects they have. How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs. We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?
