I recently got an offer for the Accenture senior strategy consultant development program. I was wondering if everyone gets the same base salary or if there’s room for negotiation? Also, they haven’t told me my start date, so I was wondering if people have gotten their start dates and when they might be? Any insight appreciated!!
If you do a secondment at another company, does BCG or the secondment firm pay your salary/where do you get pay stubs from? Also, what happens to your employment records especially if you decide to leave BCG/join the secondment firm instead of returning to BCG after a6-month secondment period?Boston Consulting Group

Congratulations
I guess Ogilvy 1 summed it up well.. that’s what you get “Congratulations!”.
The answer is a bit complex, if there isn’t a formal program in place for bringing in new Biz. Most small-mid agencies do tend to incentivize that. For a large agency, I’d try to find a way to bring that up ahead of a comp review/bonus discussion. Also, helps if you have a really good relationship with the client partners there — that sorta puts the ball more in your court.
Ask for a SPOT bonus. If you’re the reason this account came in, your seniors will help push for it. And WPP, too.

I’m at a WPP agency too and no matter the level no one gets bonuses for bringing in clients unfortunately.
Depends on the shop. Ask your manager if there’s a new biz bonus program.
No incentive but it should definitely reflect favorably in your review. If your performance is solid across the board, it can also be the thing that positions you nicely for a promotion.
