I am a pediatric occupational therapist with 4 years of experience. I currently work at a pediatric hospital in the Philadelphia area and make 71k. Is this a fair salary for someone with my experience? An annual review is coming up and I’m wondering what would be a fair range to negotiate?

I have offer from Yash technologies for SAP.
How is the work culture there?
Is it a good company in terms of hikes, roles, promotions and benefits.

Is it better than joining Deloitte
Considering salary in Yash is a little less than Deloitte.

Will I get ample learning opportunities in Deloitte if I join there.I am thinking about work life balance too. Please suggest me where to join. I want to join a company where I'll have learning opportunity, but mental peace is also needed. Please guide.

I’m currently at an Am100 in a mid-sized market considering a move to a larger market (probably Dallas) to join an Am 20 law firm. Main driver is compensation—I’d easily get a $100K raise from where I’m at now.
Am I crazy for doing so or should I give it a shot? I’m worried I’ll hate the higher pressure of Am20, although I already bill 2200-2300 over here, so not that big of a lifestyle difference. Thoughts?

I hate consulting this time of year. Almost every client I have been at only seems to work like 1 week all of December, but I'm still pressured by my firm to keep billing and producing deliverables. Would you bring up that the offer is lower than expected in the meeting or be thankful and excited during the meeting and set up a follow up to discuss compensation? A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.

My teenage son is a freshman in high school. He's constantly stressed and anxious even though he's performing extremely well in classes.
