Maybe meaning not to spend too much time with one customer? Since it will create a backlog of people who need help? That's my best guess
I might know what they meant. Sometimes when you are all over one client they feel overwhelmed and forced to make a decision quickly. Just let them know you're there to help.
I sort of understand what they're saying; help without spending too much time on one person. Though it's really on your supervisor to be more explicit.
