If you had an option to choose any big 4 for TAS/FDD, would you consider all four to be very similar and wooden care or would you have a certain preference?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

Honestly, how bad are the hours at CMAAS? My firm is telling me I’m going to drown and I should stay if I value my WLB. I don’t know who to believe anymore.

I’ll be promoted next year to senior but I’m in a niche role where I don’t see myself long term. Should I make a job switch now or should I wait to get promoted to senior? I currently have 1.5 years of experience.
