Hi can we check PMR in workday ?
Hi! I have recently accepted the offer from PwC India on workday portal - about 10 days ago - it shows no tasks to complete and 'step completed' against review and sign offer letter under completed tasks. The DoJ is July 4th week. I was told that HR would communicate with onbaording emails, BGV emails etc. When do those emails come in generally?

You dare turn your back on us?!
Keep in mind that D would be federal work while PwC would be commerical.
Deloitte >always> PwC
As someone who was GPS too, D2 is completely wrong
If you want to work for govt clients choose Deloitte GPS or else PWC advisory
You can PWC advisory to Deloitte later
But frankly you won't be able develop skills in GPS
Don’t go federal at all costs
GPS for PWC is now GH.
Commercial is the move if you want to be a true consultant and learn real skills
Commercial > gps all the time
Could be substantially different kinds of work.
On the GPS side, assuming it's federal work, D projects range anywhere from long term more or less permanent staff aug, to substantial amounts of PMO work, to fairly exciting true modernization/transformation work, both on the business side and IT side.
Unless you're in a technical role (e.g. cloud architect), you'll likely have the opportunity to do a broader variety of work at D and make a larger impact. No joke, when I was there, a good SM friend of mine was hands on helping shape and implement the policies for the ACA, which directly impacts tens of millions of people. The work I personally did on the DoD electronic health care record acquisition during my time there will eventually directly impact the way ~14 million people a year receive health care from the DoD. You're likely not going to have that kind of (potential) societal impact on the commercial side. Of course, you're more liable to get stuck in some back office PMO doing staff aug for XYZ agency, but the opportunity *is* there in GPS to really make a huge societal impact.
If that doesn't matter to you, go PwC. Long term career/comp growth opportunity is higher there. WLB will likely be substantially worse, though.
