If you have an airline and a hotel credit card, then do you need anything else? I can think of the no fee amex blue or some discover card. (We have to use corp Amex for biz expense, nothing else)

"Need" is a tough call. If you're going to purchase real estate with a mortgage any time soon, you will want a thicker file with low utilization. A few more no-fee/low-interest cards that you use to cover a recurring charge like Netflix is a good way to boost number of open active revolving accounts at low cost.

I’m targeting dividend growth ones since it’s a Roth IRA ..

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?
