If you interviewed with a company that in turn offered you a significantly higher salary than what you’re making now but with a lower title, would you take it? I’m tempted by the money but I don’t want it to look like I couldn’t do my job and had to take a step backward as a result.

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial
