Fun fact, you can be flagged for too high of a utilization. Happens to me when I had 124%
Not really.. if you have that % on client projects and you don't have any internal firm work or investment--I don't think it will be looked down as good.. been there and trust me no matter how much at YE ppl shout of util if u don't have firm involvement your rating will come down. And BIG D is not good in this regard..
Umm unless you and another person are all the same on other metrics. Then it's the final differentiator.
Depends on what ave. utilization % is compared to peers.
Damn D1 that's a lot. M&A projects? Do you just go on the beach after that or what?
Tech implementation where they put me in an SC role as an analyst. Not a fun year
They let you bill actuals. Feel like that is really rare.
Only project Ive ever been on that allowed it. And probably only because the role was sold to the client at an SC rate
Short answer is Yes!
I'm at 135% until so far this PY and have almost 200 hours booked towards internal work and am expecting plenty more...I better not get knocked down.
Util* not until...please create an edit button!!!
Not really
D4 you will be considered at risk for burn out and your counselor may talk to you about why you are working so much
My counselor is the one who had me staffed on two projects at the same time...
