Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?

Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Likely yes. You will problem have to take a pay cut at a senior manager level
Thanks everyone. I appreciate your input.
Factors to stay long depends on what you want to get out of the firm. Get the experience of manager and Sr mgr. once you have that experience the market treats you well, including the small once. The down side with the small ones is that you will be part of marketing and expected to bring business to fund your big remuneration, no business, no you.
Hasn't been my experience. If you're good then you tell them (within reason) what you want to make and I've seen it go well. That said, if you become a 3-4+ year senior manager then it's a different story unless you're able to swing a solid director role. I'm talking about Midwest (not Chicago).
