I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

I feel like if you're northeast and can't drive due to "safety" then I. Would be an extenuating circumstance where they might be okay with it. But I guess nobody got into PA to be treated fairly 😜
I'm thinking no depending on how far your normal commute to work is. And at best you can expense the miles you would've normally incurred.
I think there is something through wage works that you can do a pre tax deduction for commuting costs
I'd leave it up to whoever approves your expense report
I checked on this before. You can only expense for the miles so the rest of the Uber charge will be out of your pocket
Ok thanks all!
No, your commute to the client is only reimbursable in terms of per diem for any miles/time over your normal commute from home to the EY office. If that makes sense.
Are you in the northeast? Why are you going to work? I thought all flights are cancelled and rail roads and blocked - and you're still expected to get out of your house?
@EY3 this is for tomorrow, not today
And yes, NE. Mid Atlantic to be specific
Do you trust a stranger (Uber driver) to drive you in poor road conditions? Always makes me nervous.
