If you witness discrimination/racism between co-workers do you get involved or just report it to HR?

Just discovered a public slack channel (that very much should have been private) that a few women at my work have been using to bitch about the co-workers they don’t like. There’s a lot of very mean posts about several of the CDs, account people, producers etc. There’s quite a few hateful posts about me and my partner too 🙈 should I tell them?

How do you deal with a manager who expects 3 months of work overnight? I have tried structuring , creating a plan to show him how the activities are being executed. My boss makes jokes about me being from a different country whenever there is a work meeting or a gathering with coworkers, even though he knows where I am from. This usually occurs when I meet new work-related people or for example if I am in a situation that involves ethnic related subjects.

What is this? This is normal?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

My firm paid merit increases to most employees, except me and one other individual (amongst the few people who shared this information). Therefore, this is not a company wide policy. Do I have any right in this case? It was paid out last Friday. Can companies legally do that?

Recently some leadership positions have become available and I feel as if my leader has discouraged me from applying.
