How is WLB in PwC india lately?
Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

To take a quote from the year-end anonymous feedback I received, one said that they have had many assistants at many consulting firms, and I'm the best they've ever had.
Toot toot. (That's me blowing my own horn 😂)
Despite being anonymous, I'm proud to say not a single person could name an area for improvement. But me being the over achiever that I am, I kind of wish they did because I'm always looking to better myself. 🙈
My boss once introduced me at a large meeting event as “my right hand, without whom nothing would get done, my friend and partner in crime.” I’ve been working with him for 4 years and he is the best manager I’ve ever had.
Another honor from the team was an annual peer nominated award. During the presentation when they were describing the recipient of the award, I was thinking in my head, “that sounds like Erica. Good for her. She deserves it.” Then my picture, name and title came up on the screen! 😳 Later in the week I called an admin I was close to but had just retired and asked her if in all of her years there, had an admin been awarded this award and she said no! Admins rarely get recognized publicly in this way, so I was doubly honored by it as an expression of gratitude by my team for my work. I also received a big crystal award with my name engraved on it, which is a first for me as well.

I am so happy you got that recognition.
You're right, it's not very common. So, congratulations! And I hope all continues to go well and even better
I recently came back after 6 wks medical leave and in a meeting with various managers on an unrelated topic, one of my bosses brought up how relieved they were to have me back and that the nuances of how I do my job are impossible to replicate. I thought it was a nice way to say that I was irreplaceable :)

That must have felt so fulfilling 💜
I have amazing coworkers and office leaders. Our office leader has said several times to large groups that the office could not survive without me. Everyone is very free with giving compliments and thanks.
