Not sure if this is the right step but I’m a little desperate since I was laid off about a month ago and now finally landed a PM interview. As part of the process, i have to complete a take home assessment, which I have completed. I was affected by layoffs about a month ago and urgently looking for a good immigration lawyer. The lawyer should be experienced in handling this 60 day grace period situation and developing alternate strategies - such as change of status to B1/B2 or applying to jobs from India. How do you deal with a boss (male) who is extremely erratic and not very professional? I'm not sure if this just might be just a coincidence, but ever since getting injected with the covid vaccine a few months back, I've noticed I stopped plateauing when lifting weights. Before the shot I was stuck benching 135 for 2 months, but I remember the week after my first dose I started being able to touch 155. Then when I took my final dose I was benching 175. 26 yrs old, been in consulting since finishing undergrad. Worried that I haven't narrowed my focus or found a niche to be specifically great at. Every project has been completely different... And I am constantly reading books to get smart on every other topic. My guess is this is all too common in consulting.
