If you’re entering big tech from school but was in finance beforehand, can you use your previous salary to anchor high? Not sure if that seems bad bc they’re totally different industries

Currently making $75k, which is very low compared to my counterparts. However, in February I’m supposed to get a salary adjustment with my yearly review. I got a job offer for $120k-150k which I turned down cuz I want to stay at Adobe.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior).
