I’m ~5800 MQMs short of making Platinum on Delta, and have 1 trip remaining from NYC to Seattle. Direct flights only get me 4800 MQMs, a stop DTW or MSP barely adds any. Any tips to add ~900 MQMs?

I have an expiring British Airways credit I need to use in January or February. Options are Lisbon, Paris, Rome and Athens. Anyone have thoughts on any of those in the winter/off season?

Pro se plaintiff, an attorney, filed a complaint alleging mold defects after closing on a property. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?
