I’m a C at Accenture with 2 years at level. Base salary is $120k, ACN bonus is generally ~5% but I’ve gotten 10% recently. ACN also has 6% 401k match and the ESPP stock plan. I got a lateral offer to join another firm for $126k base, $40k signing bonus, 5.5% 401k match, and up to 20% bonus (average is probably more like 7-10%). They are also giving me YOE credit to be eligible for M promotion in 1-2 years. I hate my current project at Accenture (long term tech implementation). What would you do?

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
