I'm a recruiter with about 3 years of full-cycle experience in in-house and agency recruiting. I'm currently working at Deloitte as a Technical Recruiter. Is it worth staying in public accounting if I want to pivot to a completely different industry (PE/investment/asset management)? I’m currently in DT tax BTS (1 yr.) and work primarily for investment management clients. But would like to avoid going into fund accounting/ops and would like to try and get An analyst role.
