I’m a social worker that works for a major insurance company on a clinical referral line. I’m an LCSW and while I do like my job it’s not super flexible. It’s basically a mental health call center where I am chained to a desk taking back to back calls with minimaI breaks. Ideally I would love to switch to a QA role auditing those calls. There is nothing available with my company right now. Anyone have something similar open with their company? Or know of any leads?

I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?

Hello, I’m an LMSW in Michigan. I have 15 years of experience in the field as a clinician, supervisor, and an administrator. I am feeling burnt out and unsure of my future. I have worked mainly in the Community Mental Health and the VA Health systems, hence my fatigue. How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league. I mostly see younger clients which I guess works in my favor, but I just feel like I'm totally incompetent compared to the women I work with.
