I’m a staff 1 and my leadership keeps assigning me duties that a senior would be assigned typically because the senior on my team is new to the firm (which has nothing to do with anything we are doing on this project by the way). It’s very overwhelming and stressful and affecting my mental health with all of these extra tasks that I have been given the ownership for, any ideas about how I can overcome this?

Anyone get dizzy/faint from Unisom for morning sickness? My morning sickness is so brutal that it’s almost worth it, but wondering if there are better solutions. Also using accupressure bands, gum, lots of small meals, and ginger. None seem to make a dent. If you have any other tips I’d really appreciate it!

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

I have a few LPs to cover where my stories are not solid before my loop on Monday. Feeling a little demotivated because I felt I had more time to prepare. Don't plan on asking for extension.
