Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? Have you ever taken a job you know you will hate because you needed the money right away? I have a family to take care of. I don't want to be plowing through our savings for selfish reasons like my mindframe at work, but I don't want to make our lives worse by being miserable. It's a matter of really ruining some of our financial future if we don't get money soon.

Do you think tech companies are working together politically?

What are the healthcare options like in India? I'll be needing regular care and I'm not sure what the insurance providers are and if care works differently in general.
