After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

What’s there to even consider? (Besides the fact that you don’t have an offer yet and this is all hypothetical) but seriously, what would be the point of putting off your goal career and a higher salary for a title? You’re just gonna get the new title and bounce? Cause that’s not really beneficial for your career in the long run...just to make SAE to ultimately go client side?? You’re already there lol.
TITLES. DONT. PAY. BILL.
Do it! They didn’t promote you, or can’t. It’s so worth it if someone else will pay you more and get you further in your career. A promotion at your current place could easily be pushed - it’s happened to me more than once in similar situations.
It’s always sort of a pro and con list. Essentially the benefits of leaving (brand-side, $$ etc.) have to outweigh the things that make you want to stay (relationships, interest in the work.) I get it and am in the same boat, was meant to be promoted to ACS months ago.
If leaving is inline with your future goals. Leave before you lose the chance. Money will always come. Finding out where you want to be is important and it gets harder as you get older. Try it out. Good luck!
Title doesn’t trump opportunity. There is also a reality in which you get to the end of the year and do not get that title you were promised. Seen that happen one too many times.
Lots of good advice. I’d echo that a title doesn’t change your value. Experience and ability do. Go now.
