I’m a year overdue for my SAE promotion due to covid and business issues. I was told by my SVP that the promotion is definitely coming before EOY & I just need to “sit tight”. In the mean time I have been interviewing for an associate brand manager role for a smaller CPG company. Is it worth it to make the jump this early if my goal is to go brand side anyway?
