I'm about to graduate from my MSc Economics course in three months and the placements this year are bad.
I'm looking forward to apply directly for the roles of analyst and associate consultants. When should I start applying when I am graduating in last week of May? And any company recommendations to start my career?

I need everyone’s help😭 Money aside, how did you finalize which idea to pursue? I’m struggling to narrow it down from 4. Focusing is not an issue for me once I’m locked in, but I’m struggling to get there because I haven’t finalized which idea to focus on. Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

Do recruiters and Hiring Managers actually review and read resumes? Also tech companies that sell SaaS, what is it with the requirements of having 10 years or more if technical sales experience? Also the ramp up period is not realistic. Average sales cycle for a reputable SaaS provider is 12-24 months. How on earth a start up can state that their ramp up period is 90 days? The company hasn’t had any new sales either. Start up CEO’s… be realistic or seek enough funding to operate.

Now I have an offer from Accenture for 11.5 LPA fixed (current CTC : 9.5 LPA), but this is my promotion year and chances are 90% with good hike but that's effective June 2023.
