Now I'm holding an another offer with 25 LPA with IBM
Will Nielsen Iq matches my offer if I discuss with Hr?
How should I say or approach? I'm little bit hesitate to talk? Is it right to ask?

I have an work experience of 14 months in Domestic BPO and 28 months of experience in International BPO. Currently I'm working on agent level on a CTC of 25k but unfortunately i was not able to complete my graduate thats why i am not getting any chances to get promote nor I'm getting any salary hike, so if anyone can inform me where should i have to apply so i can get more than my current CTC...

It’s through some Indian consultancy. They would pay in INR (2.5 lakh per month) .
Is that good to go and survive in Jamaica. Accommodation would be from consultancy.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
