I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Most agencies hire production companies to shoot their content. That doesn’t mean they “don’t do” production. The key role of an agency producer is to seek out and maintain relationships with the best production companies. They then either take the footage and oversee an internal post team or hire post partners to get it done. Your questions lead me to believe that you should speak to a producer at your agency about her/his role in depth before you make this jump. I started in account and moved over. It’s not quite a career restart—but almost. You’re not going to jump over and immediately run your own shoots. It’s going to take a lot of time and patience. Good luck!
An AD in producer world stands for art director. You have produced 100’s of shoots at your agency now does no shoots? Try to follow that client that you produced all their current content for
Gotcha. My agency does shoots but we often outsource to a production co to shoot, but we do the concepting and post. I’m trying to work out what a producer role would look like in my agency given that scenario and wondered whether it was normal/ a bad idea to jump sides in that scenario.
