I’m an associate attorney at a 25> property damage law firm. We are Plaintiffs’ attorneys. I got barred in 2022 and have been working here for 1 yr/6 mo+. My salary is now at 90k + bonus commissions from settled cases (5% after all costs are deducted). Started at 75k. I wanted the experience. I now have over 150 cases to look over not including prelit matters. They’re now requiring me to be federally barred in all districts. I know I’m being underpaid. Just don’t know by how much.

Any tips for how to better implement feedback on drafts? My work is so heavily redlined that I struggle to consistently follow through with every comment/feedback. I am in patent prosecution, so it is a lot of detailed technical writing, but is also fairly formulaic, which is nice. Thankfully the partner I work with is extremely patient and a very good teacher, I would just like to be better at learning from his very thorough feedback.
