Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.
Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

While I think it will be a good experience to some extent, you would be switching sides. I think you are better off moving to a larger firm if you want the name brand for your resume. Plus you might be looking at a steep pay cut as an entry level examiner. And another downside is that examiners very much focus on one specific area. At a firm you will get experience with many areas. So bottom line I think it would be a good experience but I think there are better things you can do that wouldn’t cause you to take a pay cut.
Which city are you in?
That’s a good market for TM lawyers. I agree with the post below, but also encourage you to apply as you explore the idea. And use LinkedIn to try to find someone who went from USPTO to in-house. Reach out and ask about their story. There’s no harm in exploring options and possibilities
