I am not interested in admin related projects.
What can I do ?
And if I quit from cg need to serve notice period?

I’m a tax senior in big 4. Which role in the industry has a better career trajectory in terms of growth and pay: senior accountant or senior tax accountant? I do a lot of tax provision and starting to find tax interesting but I’m not having a lot of luck finding openings for in house tax roles.

Got out of audit but I'm not keen on usual exit of fin reporting roles. Am trying to figure out the best steps to take next based on my strengths/needs since I couldn't land any interviews at the moment.

During my screening call, I said my expected salary range is 85K-95K. Got the offer today for 90K and I want to counter 100K. Is that a bad look? Should I counter 95K or go for 100K?
