I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

As an entry level consultant in Dallas? You’re in a great position compared to most.
Don’t let this app bring you down. That’s a perfectly reasonable comp package with the info given.

How much experience did you have before that job?
Bowl Leader
Yeah, it’s a balance of joy vs. money. To find out what skills are hot, keep browsing job openings for the work you’re doing (or can do) and titles that go with them. Understand how much those roles pay. If you left now, might have to get lucky getting paid significantly more in such a short time. Next big jump at your levels is usually between 1 to 3 years. Companies will pay though for hot skills.
Understand your market value and perhaps when you reach your one year you can hit your company up for a raise (or go to the highest bidder). Salary and talent typically work themselves out.
What type of consulting do you do?
Idk how much you're working but with the info provided so far I'd say you're doing pretty good for yourself! So congrats 😊
