I'm an entry level consultant in Dallas at a smaller company. This is my first job in consulting and I've been here about 7 months. My experience has been good in terms of work life balance, autonomy, and culture. My only real issue is my compensation. I was happy with it at first, but with the workload and expectations I'm feeling undervalued.
My base is 82k, 5k signing bonus, no annual bonuses or anything. Im wondering if I should start looking elsewhere or if I'm just getting greedy

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
