I’m at a crossroads where I either need to land a Senior Associate role now or head to a M7 MBA program to reset my trajectory. The problem is, the market is so soft that I’m worried I’ll spend $200k on a degree just to graduate into the same mediocre job market. Most of my peers are hunkering down, but I feel like I’m stagnating in my current middle-office role. What’s the best move?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.
