I'm being considered for an associate counsel position for a tech company, the responsibilities are a mixed bag of policy, compliance, regulatory, legal advice etc. The HR asked for my salary range. I've researched all over the place and the range is WIDE from $100-235+. I have a Masters, exp: 2 yr bar license, 4 yr policy. I dont want to sell myself short but I also don't want to sound ridiculous. How should I respond? Has anyone had any luck skirting the question? Thanks!
