4 months 100% pay / one month of 60% phased return to work at full pay. I can double check the policy for you tomorrow.
Per policy - you are eligible for paid parental leave (12 weeks + the 4 weeks of phased return to work) if “you have been employed by the firm for a minimum of 3 months from your hire date as of the date of your child’s birth”. This doesn’t include any short term disability you would get -
Was in this boat recently. For me, they required that I be with the firm 3 months before I'd be eligible for maternity leave. I'd double check with HR or your recruiter, though. They didn't blink an eye at my pregnancy and let me change my start date to work around the leave requirement
I actually opted instead to take a break between jobs and join after 4 months with the baby, but that was probably a worse choice in retrospect because new job with no WLB during infant care was awful.

You might be able to find this info on Glassdoor under PWC. There’s a benefits tab where employees note their benefits.

I will caution from experience that it greatly depends on your direct leadership…
Also, you would use PTO (not should if it is a part of that 4 months that PwC 1 mentioned). I believe for the first 2 years you accrue 10 hours a month (but not sure if that is for new joiners out of college or all the levels, and than you accrue , I believe, 14.7 hours a month). We also have over 10 holiday days (might be prorated depending on when you join the firm)
Thank you!

Some companies require that you need to be at the company for one year before you can receive the maternity benefits. So if you're considering and you're already in your early pregnancy, you may want to double check that.
