I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. I’m currently finishing up a cybersecurity Master’s degree, have an LLM in Intellectual Property, licensed in nine states, and I’m published in the field. I wanted to practice cyberlaw and could not get anyone to hire me nor get enough business on my own to sustain me. I’m working in a completely different area of law and while I really enjoy it, it doesn’t challenge me. Any tips on how to build up this area of my practice- especially privacy law?
