I'm considering joining a defense medical malpractice firm that has a good reputation overall (within the firm and outside) , but have never done med-mal. I have a PI background on plaintiff and defense side. I'm sick of car accident cases. Is med-mal any better?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
