normally about 20% but currently the job market is not that good. i am currently looking at jobs and most pay less than what i was making before
Ive seen a lot of companies with finance managers in India.. is this a growing trend?
I don’t ask for a % increase. I ask for what I’m worth in the market. I don’t tell recruiters what I make or what the proposed compensation would be above my current. It’s just not relevant.
I dont give them a percentage. I give them a number. I use a percentage to calculate my number.
