What is the obsession and appeal for MBB among MBA grads? Is it really that amazing - from afar it seems like it may be romanticized (maybe not the right word) among applicants. I have an interview coming up for internal audit manager. Currently in external audit. When asked about my experience in ERM - what would you say Is transferable skills that I can leverage in my answer?

I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far!
