I think you might be experiencing a brain hemmorage. You find nothing wrong with your current position but want to know if its worth it to disrupt lives over what is likely an additional 70 bucks every two weeks.
Minimum 12 to 18 months per job.
A lot depends on your job history. The reality is most people can always fine a job that offers a few grand more because nobody is going to leave for the same pay. But keep in mind at some point it may hurt you in the long run. If the switch would be your 3rd job in 5 years probably not a huge deal. But if it’s your 3rd job in a year then at some point companies are going to see that as a red flag.
You want to be mindful of how your job experience reflects the narrative you want to communicate to a potential employer, maybe not now but in a future job change.
Also, recruiters will sell you the moon if you bite but it doesn’t necessarily mean you will get an offer. And difference in benefit packages and other variables such as parking/transportation/commute time/in office perks may easily offset a small pay bump.

No way I would leave a good position for a small increase. Keep in mind the transition phase of adapting to a new role. Is that worth a small increase to you? I would recommend looking at 15-20%+ increase to leave a good position.
